Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping

All individual card and sticker orders will be sent out within 3 working days, but we aim to send these within 1 working day.

All UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail's Tracked service (RM48 and you can upgrade to RM24 if you wish at an additional cost which can be seen at the checkout)

We have collections every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (except on Bank Holidays). If ordered before 12pm (midday) we aim to get his out on the same day, any order after this time will be on the next collection.

All products are sent in bubble protective envelopes or boxed to ensure that the product reaches you in the best possible condition.

All individual cards are plcaed into a sealed bag to keep them together, Autograph, Memrobillia and Numbered cards are sleeved and Top Loaded. Parallel, Refractor and Limited Edition cards are desptached in a soft sleeve. You can add additional Soft Sleeves and Top Loaders for your cards at the Checkout
International Shipping

As with Domestic Shipping all individual card and sticker orders will be sent out within 3 working days, but we aim to send these within 1 working day.

All orders are shipped through Royal Mail's International Tracked service amd the cost is determined by weight of the total order. Due to multiple shipping zones an accurate price of the shipping can be seen in the basket once your items are added.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. (Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded only the returned items)
The Returns within 30 days includes an inital 14 day period for you to inform the selling party that you wish to return the item and 14 days from the point of requesting a refund or exchange for you to return the item to the selling party. A refund will be processed within 14 days of recipt of the returned items. If an exchange is requested this will be processed in the same way. (Please note that the you "the customer" will incure cost of returning the product.)
